Target Market

LegalUp USA’s target market is small/medium size law firms (1-250+ attorneys) and corporate law departments within the USA. Legal contract and documentation automation is an expanding market as law firms are under increasing pressure to implement technology to control costs and increase efficiencies, including working under fixed fees instead of hourly billing.

Sales Opportunity

This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity for commission driven sales people looking to get in on the ground floor and capitalize on our global success.

This is an ideal position for commission driven sales people looking to launch a new product in their own territory, or for sales people who are already selling into law firms (e.g., information services, e-discovery) who are interested in adding another high value product offering to their sales calls.


  • You have documented experience successfully selling software solutions to law firms, corporate law departments or related professional service/corporate firms.
  • You have experience working in a startup culture. You are comfortable working remotely and are committed to driving activity to achieve goals
  • You are flexible and creative and can work in a non-corporate environment
  • You have a proven ability to engage both high and wide in accounts and can engage effectively with law firm partners, executives and technology professionals
  • Must have hunter mentality with experience in a direct sales role.
  • Must have track record of winning new business in a competitive environment
  • You have a true sales DNA with experience in a fast-growth, sales-driven culture that is results and rewards-driven
  • You can conceptually understand legal contract and document automation solutions and explain it at a high level
  • You are exceptional at identifying prospects and building a solid pipeline
  • You have passion and energy
  • You have a strong work ethic and thrive working independently
